- Which size should I order?
Please take a look at our How to Measure section and the Size Charts. It’s always a good idea to have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress. |
- What is the delivery time?
| Normally, it will take about 3-4 weeks to make your dress after we got your payment. it also will take about 5-15 days for shipping (depending on where you live). So you can get your dress in 4-6 weeks with our Standard Shipping (AirMail)
If you need rush delivery, please contact us to get a shipping cost to your address. If you order rush delivery, you can get the dress 3-10 days earlier than our Standard Shipping, depending on where you live. Please note that upgrading Shipping to rush delivery will only speed up shipping times, it will not speed up the production time. |
- When should I order?
Please place your order at least 2-3 months prior to the wedding date. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

- Do you have a shop where I can try on a gown?
No, sorry we don’t. Our shop is on the Internet. We sell directly to brides around the world. Our trained professionals are on hand to help you with your selection and guide you through the ordering process. |
- Can I buy hijab only from you?
Unfortunately, we do not offer hijab only. You can only get the hijab when you purchase a dress from us. |
- Can you send me a catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog. We are always adding new items to our inventory -- printed pages can’t keep up with our growing inventory. On our website we are able to show more visual detail and information than you can see in printed catalogs. |
- How much does the dress cost in my own currency?
All prices are quoted in Euro. To find out how much a dress will approximately cost in your own currency, please click here. |
- When do you charge my credit card?
The cardholder will be debited directly after he or she made the purchase |
- Is it secure to shop on your site? Do you use SSL certificate?
We make use of secure payment page which has been offered to us by our Payment Service Provider. This payment page is secured via a SSL certificate. We do not collect or store any credit card information on our site. All credit card details are handled by our Payment Service Provider through this secure line. |
- Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we do. We ship all over the world. If you are unable to find your country in the country list, please let us know and we will add it to the list of available countries. |
- What is your return policy?
- Can you deliver the dress in other colors?
Yes, most of our dresses can be delivered in many different colors. Please tell us what you want and we will tell if it's possible or not. |
- Do you have other pictures of the dresses?
No, we do not. All pictures we have are presented on our webpage. |
- Can you ship the dress with DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx?
Our standard shipping method is by airmail. If you require rush delivery, we will be glad to ship the dress with your choice of company. You will be billed for extra shipping costs if you order rush delivery. Please note that upgrading Shipping to rush delivery will only speed up shipping times, it will not speed up the production time. |
